How it Works


FGS Swap Tokens work similarly to other FUT Swaps: you earn a token as a reward to use in a specific set of SBCs, where only those tokens can be used to complete it.

In short, this is how it works:

  1. Link your Twitch and EA accounts;
  2. Watch 60 minutes of an eligible FIFA 23 Global Series event;
  3. Receive your player token in-game within 24 hours after claiming the reward on Twitch;
  4. Tune in to more eligible events to earn more tokens;
  5. Redeem your player tokens in-game for untradeable pack rewards.

Linking Accounts


When you have your Twitch and EA accounts linked to each other and tune in to an eligible event, you earn a guaranteed FGS Player Token that you can redeem for untradeable FUT packs.

How to Link your EA Account to Twitch Accounts
  1. Go to the Twitch and sign in into the account where you want to watch the streams and get rewards (create a new account if you don’t have any);
  2. Enter your EA Account info on the [Connect with Twitch] screen and click [Next];
  3. Enter your security code and click [Log In];
  4. Click the [Yes, link them] button to link your EA and Twitch accounts.

How to Get FIFA 23 FGS Swaps


You can earn a token by watching on EA’s Twitch channel for at least 60 minutes of the FIFA Global Series, where players who have reached the Elite Division in Division Rivals compete against each other to make it to the FIFAe Club World Cup 2023. Remember that you can only earn a single token for each event/weekend.

Once you claim your reward on Twitch, you’ll get it on your linked account the next time you log into FUT. You can only claim on one FUT Club, so after you claim the reward, make sure you log in with the one you want the reward on.

During selected events, you will also be eligible to earn and claim up to four extra cosmetic items for your FUT club based on how long you watch the stream.

How to Get the Rewards


Like other Swaps programs in FUT, you must choose which pack rewards you want to unlock based on how many Player Tokens you have earned and saved.

Four repeatable Squad Building Challenges are available and remain active throughout the season, so you can constantly earn tokens to submit and keep the rewards coming.

Depending on the number of tokens earned by watching the Global Series, you can spend them on a less valuable SBC with fewer requirements or save up for the best rewards.

If your EA and Twitch accounts are linked, all you have to do is watch at least 60 minutes of a selected stream.

It’s easy to link EA and Twitch accounts. Just go to the dedicated page or follow the instructions published on this page.
If you linked the wrong EA Account to your Twitch account, don’t disconnect EA from your Twitch in the settings because it won’t unlink them. Instead, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account on ea.com and go to your [Profile] page;
  2. Choose the [Connections] tab, then delink the Amazon profile;
  3. Click [Contact Us] at the top of help.ea.com;
  4. Choose FIFA 23 as your game;
  5. Pick the platform you play on;
  6. Click [Manage my account] for the topic;
  7. Click [Account linking issue] for the issue;
  8. Click [Select contact option];
  9. Click the link that says, click here to unlink with our tool.
Once you’ve unlinked your EA Account from your Twitch account, you’ll need to remove your accounts from Twitch, too.

  1. Go to twitch.tv;
  2. Go to your [Settings];
  3. Click [Connections];
  4. Scroll down to [Other Connections];
  5. Click [Disconnect] next to Electronic Arts.
Now that you’ve unlinked your accounts from both ends, you can relink your Twitch account to the proper EA Account to start getting your rewards.
