How it Works


By tuning into specified FC Pro broadcasts on Twitch or YouTube for a designated duration, you can accumulate seasonal XP and untradeable packs through viewership rewards. Moreover, additional in-game rewards can be obtained by fulfilling specific objectives associated with FC Pro.

In summary, to receive in-game rewards, follow these steps:
  1. Link your YouTube/Twitch account to EA;
  2. Watch the required duration of an eligible FC 25 Pro event.;
  3. Claim your reward.

Linking Accounts


When you have your Twitch/Youtube and EA accounts linked to each other and tune in to an eligible event, you earn a viewership reward.

How to Link your EA Account to Twitch Accounts
  1. Go to the Twitch and sign in into the account where you want to watch the streams and get rewards (create a new account if you don’t have any);
  2. Enter your EA Account info on the [Connect with Twitch] screen and click [Next];
  3. Enter your security code and click [Log In];
  4. Click the [Yes, link them] button to link your EA and Twitch accounts.
How to Link your EA Account to YouTube Accounts
  1. Go to the Youtube Settings page;
  2. Link your EA Account by clicking [Connect] next to Electronic Arts;
  3. You’ll be asked if you want to allow Electronic Arts to Connect accounts and watch approved events and videos for a chance to win in-game rewards. Click [Connect];
  4. Confirm your EA Account. If it’s not the the account where you want to watch the streams and get rewards, click [Not your account?] to switch to the right one (create a new account if you don’t have any).
  5. Click [Continue]. If you have Login Verification turned on, you’ll be asked to verify your identity;
  6. Click [Link Accounts].

How to Get FC Pro 25 Rewards


You can collect rewards regardless of whether you’ve watched an eligible event on Twitch or YouTube.

Twitch
While watching Twitch broadcasts, you can track your progress towards Drops by accessing the Drops Inventory page. Once you’ve achieved 100% progress for the ongoing Drop in a campaign, you’ll receive a claim notification at the top of Twitch. If you miss claiming the Drop immediately, you still have up to 24 hours after the campaign ends to claim it from the Drops Inventory page.

YouTube
Typically, drops on YouTube do not require manual claiming. Once you’ve met the watch time criteria, your in-game rewards will be automatically credited to you within 24 hours after claiming the reward on YouTube by completing the in-game objective.

Calendar, Events and Rewards


After completing the intended watch duration of the stream, return to your Ultimate Team club and claim your objective before the objective window closes. Please note that there might be a 24-hour delay, so ensure to attempt claiming the objective again before the window expires.

You will earn a viewership reward for tuning into at least 15, 60, or 90 minutes, depending on the event.
It’s easy to link EA and Twitch accounts. Just go to the dedicated page or follow the instructions published on this page.
If you linked the wrong EA Account to your Twitch account, don’t disconnect EA from your Twitch in the settings because it won’t unlink them. Instead, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account on ea.com and go to your [Profile] page;
  2. Choose the [Connections] tab, then delink the Amazon profile;
  3. Click [Contact Us] at the top of help.ea.com;
  4. Choose FC 25 as your game;
  5. Pick the platform you play on;
  6. Click [Manage my account] for the topic;
  7. Click [Account linking issue] for the issue;
  8. Click [Select contact option];
  9. Click the link that says, click here to unlink with our tool.
Once you’ve unlinked your EA Account from your Twitch account, you’ll need to remove your accounts from Twitch, too.

  1. Go to twitch.tv;
  2. Go to your [Settings];
  3. Click [Connections];
  4. Scroll down to [Other Connections];
  5. Click [Disconnect] next to Electronic Arts.
Now that you’ve unlinked your accounts from both ends, you can relink your Twitch account to the proper EA Account to start getting your rewards.
